Jitta Wealth invests following the algorithm of Jitta, the platform provides a fundamental analysis of stocks in 26 territories across the world in the principle of famous Value Investor, Warren Buffett to “buy a wonderful company at a fair price” quickly with Jitta Ranking to understand a company’s health.

Jitta Wealth is the first FinTech Asset Management Company in Thailand to receive an approval license from the SEC. Jitta Wealth is a subsidiary of Jitta, which was established in 2012 based in Bangkok, Thailand. Jitta is one of high growth FinTech in Thailand which back up by Beacon Venture Capital (VC arm of Kasikorn Bank).

In this business critical role you will be responsible for existing investors and prospective investors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consult the prospective investors and clients of investment strategies, policies, and fees
• Guide clients through online private-fund account opening and other services as requested by clients
• Provide efficient and excellent customer service support via online channels and calls
• Follow up on customer requests and issues or escalate to supervisors when needed according to departmental processes
• Provide support by investigating and resolving customer issues
• Responsible for existing customers relationships, retention, and up-selling.
• Find innovative ways to improve existing processes and customer experience continuously
• Be the voice of the customer by noticing and highlighting action items needed to improve the customer experience and delight our clients
• Participate in marketing activities such as Live events, trade shows, seminars, money expo, etc.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business, or related fields
• Several years of client-facing experience within the private wealth industry or have 1+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of investment products with a preferred IC License ; CFP certification is strongly preferred
• Highly analytical, flexible, patient, and willing to learn with pleasant personality and good communication skills; able to explain complicated concepts to clients as well as team members
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail and to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good command of both reading and writing in Thai and English
• Good client-centric mindset, responsive, accountable, creative and enthusiastic
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and able to partner with multiple stakeholders, including other teams and senior executives
• Prior experience working in FinTech or within financial institutions is desired
