We are seeking a driven Wealth Management Advisor to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in delivering individualized financial plans to new clients and support existing clients achieve their financial and retirement goals. What You’ll Do:

• Provide holistic financial planning for all aspects of retirement
• Prepare goal-oriented financial plans with accuracy and creativity, specific to clients' needs
• Engage with clients in a genuine and cheerful manner, building relationships with pre-retirees and retirees to guide them as they enter the season of retirement
• Play an integral role within the local team to serve client needs
• Respond to prospective customer queries about financial and retirement planning
• Respond to specific client service and support requests as a part of a team approach
• Utilize multiple software programs to tailor individual retirement plans and generate reports such as income plans, tax strategies, and investment planning approaches
• Ability to learn things quickly in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage regular changes in priorities

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ experience in a financial advisory role
• Series 65 or Series 66 & 7 required
• Associates Degree preferred but not required
• Florida Life and Health Insurance License required
• Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft and Google Office Suite
• A proven ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships
• Exceptional listening and communication skills
• Confidence leading conversations that help clients make important financial decisions
• Motivated by helping people while achieving meaningful sales results
• Professional presence with a high degree of emotional intelligence
• Highly organized, self-driven, coachable, and collaborative
• Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

Pay & Perks:

• $70k - $100k/year base salary + bonus opportunities paid out quarterly

Hours:

• In office: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
