We provide step-by-step training, mentorship, and support throughout the onboarding and licensing process.

What You’ll Do

Meet virtually with individuals and families to discuss their financial goals and needs

Educate clients on financial concepts related to protection, retirement, savings, and long-term planning

Build and maintain professional client relationships through ongoing communication and support

Participate in training, team development, and mentorship opportunities

Develop your knowledge of financial products, industry practices, and applicable licensing requirements

Build your professional network and develop leadership skills as you grow

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude

Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Customer service, sales, leadership, business, or finance experience is a plus, but not required

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Must meet applicable licensing requirements for the role
