Wealth Management Advisor (Relationship Manager)

Roklyn is representing a 600M AUM Wealth Management Firm in San Jose, CA looking to hire a Wealth Advisor with an emphasis on Relationship Management.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a growing book of client relationships
• Deliver proactive, responsive service before clients have to ask
• Own meeting follow-up, notes, and next steps
• Collaborate with the team on financial planning and investment strategy
• Work with our tech platform (Holistiplan, eMoney, Envestnet)

• Start by managing more relationships of increasing size and complexity
• Grow into financial planning, investment management, or operations leadership based on your strengths
• A role shaped around you, not a fixed box

Compensation

• $120K–$200K, depending on experience and level
• Quarterly bonus
• Bonus tied to clear criteria like client service, responsiveness, follow-through, and collaboration
