Wealth Management Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with Relationship Managers to support day-to-day client servicing, order execution, and revenue-generating activities
• Act as a key contact point to deliver timely, high-quality service to clients and strengthen long-term relationships
• Ensure accurate and efficient handling of client data, documentation, and account records
• Support account opening and onboarding processes with a strong focus on turnaround time and client experience
• Play an active role in compliance and control functions, including AML, CDD, periodic reviews, and transaction monitoring
• Drive operational efficiency by managing administrative tasks and identifying process improvement opportunities
• Get involved in business initiatives and ad-hoc projects that contribute directly to team growth

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or a client-facing/support role
• HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 (or strong willingness to obtain)
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
