Hancock Martin is expanding its network of Wealth Managers to help connect businesses with strategic solutions designed to strengthen employee benefits, identify potential tax efficiencies, and improve overall financial performance.

This opportunity is designed for established professionals who have built trusted relationships with business owners, executives, HR leaders, benefits professionals, and other key decision-makers and are interested in leveraging their network while creating a recurring income stream.

The Role

As a Wealth Manager with Hancock Martin, you will serve as a strategic relationship partner, identifying businesses within your professional network that could benefit from the solutions offered through Wellness Pro and Core Tax.

Your primary responsibility is to open the door.

You’ll introduce qualified businesses with W-2 employees to the Hancock Martin team and help facilitate an initial conversation around strategies that may provide meaningful financial and employee benefits.

These solutions can include:

• Employee wellness and benefit strategies
• Payroll tax optimization opportunities
• Tax mitigation strategies
• Solutions designed to create value for both employers and their employees

You are not expected to become the technical expert or handle the entire sales process. Hancock Martin and its partners provide the education, analysis, implementation, and ongoing support necessary to take an opportunity from introduction through enrollment.

Built for Established Professionals

This is a flexible, 100% remote opportunity designed to complement an existing career, business, or professional practice.

It may be particularly well suited for professionals with backgrounds in finance, accounting, banking, insurance, wealth management, employee benefits, payroll, consulting, real estate, healthcare, business development, or executive leadership.

Rather than traditional prospecting, the focus is on utilizing the relationships and credibility you’ve already built to create meaningful introductions.

Compensation

Wealth Managers are compensated through monthly residual income for qualifying businesses they introduce that successfully implement eligible Hancock Martin solutions.

This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with no base salary or employee benefits. Compensation is performance-based, allowing you to build recurring monthly income as your portfolio of participating businesses grows.
