Will be coached to complete 4 basic certifications and relevant classes required for financial advisory duties

Invited to participate in the planning process with managers

On the job trainings via joint-fieldwork sessions

Programme allows mentorship and progression to manager within 2 years

Job Responsibilities:
Proactive generation of new client leads

Guide customers through wealth growth and asset protection strategies

Cultivating long-standing connections with accounts

Requirements:
Local Diploma, A’ levels or Degree in any discipline

Positive attitude and willing to learn
