What they need

Zimmerer & Tecle Private Wealth Management, LLC is an elite, high-touch independent wealth management firm specializing in comprehensive asset management, tax mitigation strategies, and advanced retirement planning for high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate executives.

We are seeking an ambitious, detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to serve as the vital right hand and operational partner to our dual-hatted Client Service Manager and Investment Advisor Representative. In this role, you will be deeply embedded in both front-office client relations and back-office investment operations, working at the direct instruction of firm management to deliver a seamless client experience.

This position offers a rare and accelerated mentorship opportunity to work directly alongside a multidisciplinary team of elite wealth management professionals who hold advanced university degrees (including Juris Doctor and CPA credentials) and have graduated from top-tier academic institutions.

THE POWER OF AN ECOSYSTEM: OUR TEAM STRUCTURE

=========================================

At Zimmerer & Tecle, you are not operating in a silo. You will join an integrated ecosystem designed to handle complex wealth challenges efficiently, which includes:

  • Two (2) Managing Partners providing strategic vision, legal precision, and asset management leadership.

  • A dedicated Client Service Manager & Investment Advisor Representative whom you will support.

  • An in-house Insurance Specialist structuring custom risk management and estate preservation solutions.

  • A dedicated Sales Department driving inbound growth and high-value lead acquisition.

  • A dedicated IT Specialist ensuring institutional-grade cybersecurity and flawless software stack integration.

This distinct team separation ensures that your swimlane remains highly focused on portfolio assistance, investment operations, and pure client care, without being pulled into retail

insurance product pushing or cold-outbound prospecting.

=========================================

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

=========================================

As a Client Service Associate, you will execute critical tasks across three primary domains:

  1. Custodial Operations & Trade Desk Navigation
  • Serve as the firm’s primary operational liaison to institutional custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity).

  • Prepare, process, and track new account openings, asset transfers (ACATS), distribution requests, and operational paperwork.

  • Routinely coordinate with custodian trade desks to resolve operational blocks, clarify execution details, and manage money movements cleanly.

  1. Portfolio Support & Fundamental Stock Research
  • Assist the Client Service Manager with the continuous monitoring of macroeconomic and stock market conditions.

  • Conduct fundamental equity research using internal data tools, tracking metrics like P/E ratios, free cash flow yields, and balance sheet health.

  • Formulate organized research summaries and technical data presentations to support recommendations made to firm management for portfolio inclusion.

  • Maintain accurate portfolio tracking models under the supervision of the Investment Advisor Representative.

  1. CRM Management, Correspondence & Client Care
  • Attend high-level client review meetings alongside management, capturing actionable directives and ensuring a premium client experience.

  • Provide disciplined, proactive follow-up with clients regarding pending documentation, operational updates, and routine inquiries.

  • Act as a rigorous data manager by meticulously documenting every client interaction, trade instruction, and operational milestone within the firm’s CRM database.

  • Maintain institutional compliance by ensuring all communications adhere strictly to SEC/FINRA regulatory frameworks.

=========================================

REQUIREMENTS & MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS

=========================================

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of direct operational or assistant experience within an RIA, multi-family office, or wealth management firm.

  • MUST HAVE Licensing: Active FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 65 license (or Series 7 + Series 66 equivalent). Applications without active licensing will not be advanced.

  • Customer Service Excellence: A proven, foundational track record in high-touch client service, demonstrating exceptional communication, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with affluent clients.

  • Operational Fluency: Prior experience dealing with major clearing custodians and trading desks is highly preferred.

  • Tech Stack Mastery: High proficiency with financial CRM platforms (e.g., Wealthbox, Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and modern financial research tools.

  • Educational Grounding: Strong academic background with an interest in working within a team of professionals possessing advanced degrees from top-tier universities.

=========================================

WHAT WE OFFER

=========================================

  • Competitive competitive base salary ranging from $55,000 to $75,000, tailored exactly to your depth of custodial and analytical experience.

  • Direct daily exposure and mentorship from senior partners with advanced legal and financial backgrounds.

  • A collaborative, well-resourced office environment supported by dedicated IT, Sales, and Insurance specialists.

  • Clear structural pathways for long-term career growth into senior advisory, portfolio management, or operational leadership roles.
