Wealth Management Consultant

District Partners has been engaged by one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the country that is expanding its national Advisor Referral Program and seeking exceptional Wealth Consultants to lead key markets across the United States.

This isn't a traditional advisor role. You'll serve as the face of the firm within premier custodial referral programs, including Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) and the Schwab Advisor Network (SAN). You will be building trusted relationships with Financial Consultants, earning referrals, and delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals and families.

What You'll be Owning:

• Build and deepen relationships with Fidelity and Schwab Financial Consultants within assigned territories.
• Convert warm referrals into long-term advisory relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management advice, including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategy, and risk management.
• Represent the firm through educational presentations, branch meetings, client events, and networking opportunities.
• Partner with internal specialists to deliver sophisticated planning solutions for affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Grow assets under management through relationship-driven business development rather than cold prospecting.
• Serve as the firm's market leader within one of the industry's most respected referral ecosystems.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• 5+ years of wealth management experience
• Experience as a Wealth Advisor, Financial Advisor, Private Wealth Advisor, or Wealth Consultant within an RIA environment
• A demonstrated track record of business development and asset gathering
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with affluent and high-net-worth clients
• One or more advanced wealth management credentials such as CFP®, CRPC®, CPWA®, CIMA®, CFA®, ChFC®, CPA/PFS, or similar
• Experience working within Fidelity Wealth Advisor Solutions (WAS) and/or the Schwab Advisor Network (SAN) is highly preferred.
