What You'll Learn & Do:

1.Client Networking & Relationship Building

Build professional networks and develop long-term client relationships.

2.Wealth & Financial Planning

Understand client needs and gain exposure to wealth, retirement, estate and risk planning.

3.Investment & Portfolio Management

Develop practical knowledge of investment planning and portfolio management.

4. Professional Advisory & Communication

Strengthen presentation, interpersonal and client advisory skills, including taxation-related planning.

5. Career Development & Mentorship

Receive structured training and learn from experienced financial professionals to build a long-term career in wealth management.

Requirements :

• Education: University degree holder or above in any discipline.
• Eligibility: Open to Hong Kong ID holders, Dependant Visa holders, fresh graduates, IANG and TTPS visa holders.
• Language: Proficient in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Interest: Strong interest in wealth management, financial planning and the insurance industry.
• Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, determined, willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
• People Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Licensing: Willing to obtain the relevant professional licence(s) where applicable.
