About the role

As a Wealth Management Trainee / Financial Consultant Trainee at an independent wealth management firm, you will join a team dedicated to providing clients with objective and comprehensive asset allocation and wealth management solutions. As an independent consultant, you will not be restricted to the products of a single financial institution and can flexibly tailor the best solutions based on clients' actual needs. Key responsibilities

• Learn and master comprehensive financial product knowledge, including personal and corporate wealth management, asset allocation, risk management, and trust services.
• Analyze clients' financial situations under the guidance of senior mentors to provide objective and professional wealth management advice.
• Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients, establishing long-term mutual trust.
• Participate in market analysis and seminars to stay updated on the latest market trends and regulatory compliance.

About you

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree graduate (fresh graduates and career changers with 1–2 years of work experience are welcome).
• Passionate about financial markets, wealth management, and independent consultancy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, quick learner, and highly self-motivated.
• Holders of relevant financial licenses (e.g., IIQE / HKSI) are preferred; candidates without licenses will receive licensing support from the company.
