About the role

AIA International Limited is seeking a Wealth Management Trainee to join our dynamic team in Tsim Sha Tsui. This is a full-time position designed for ambitious graduates or early-career professionals looking to launch their career in wealth management and financial planning. As a trainee, you will be immersed in the wealth management industry, gaining comprehensive exposure to client relationship management, investment advisory services, and financial planning principles. This role offers a structured pathway into one of Asia's leading insurance and wealth management organisations, where you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful wealth management professional.

Key responsibilities

• Support wealth management advisors in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of financial plans, medical protection reviews, investment recommendations, and client presentations.
• Conduct research on financial products, market trends, and risk management solutions to support advisory activities.
• Maintain accurate client records, handle claim processing, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, daily case studies, and learn from experienced advisors about relationship management.
• Support the development and implementation of wealth management solutions tailored to client needs.
• Undertake internal training programmes and professional development activities as required.

What we're looking for

• Associate Degree / Bachelor's degree or higher in ANY discipline (Fresh graduates & career changers are welcome).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong self-drive and a team-player mindset.
• HKID / IANG visa holders / Valid work authorization in Hong Kong.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career in wealth management and financial services.
• No prior financial experience required (Comprehensive internal training program provided).

• 維護準確的客戶紀錄、處理理賠流程，並確保符合監管及公司合規要求。
• 參與客戶會議及每日案例研討，向資深顧問學習客戶關係管理。
• 支援開發及落實符合客戶需求的客製化財富管理方案。
• 按要求參與內部培訓課程及專業發展活動。

入職要求

• 大專 / 學士學位或以上（歡迎任何學科背景、應屆畢業生及轉行人士）。
• 具備良好溝通能力、積極主動且具團隊合作精神。
• 持有香港永久性居民身份證 / IANG 簽證 / 有效香港工作許可。
• 具備良好英語、普通話或廣東話溝通能力。
• 積極學習，並致力於財富管理及金融服務業發展長期事業。
• 無需金融相關經驗（團隊提供完善的內部培訓系統）。
