KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building long-term client relationships and helping them achieve their financial goals through comprehensive investment solutions.

• Acquire and manage High Net-Worth (HNI) and retail clients.
• Understand clients' financial objectives and recommend suitable investment solutions.
• Cross-sell wealth products including Mutual Funds, PMS & AIF, Fixed Income Products, Bonds, and Insurance Solutions.
• Conduct financial need analysis and provide customized wealth planning.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular engagement.
• Conduct virtual financial consultations and client meetings.
• Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
• Stay updated with financial markets, investment products, and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal processes.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Sales, Wealth Management, Financial Advisory, Banking Sales or Financial Product Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Educational Qualification

• Post-Graduation in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 60% marks in Class X and Class XII (Mandatory).

Preferred Certifications

• NISM Certification
• IRDA Certification
• CFP (Preferred)
