About the company

A fast‑growing investment management firm is seeking a Wealth Manager to drive UHNI/HNI client acquisition and manage relationships across Abuja and the Northern regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for investment and structured products
• Lead proposal development and client presentations
• Acquire UHNI/HNI clients through networking, referrals, and partnerships
• Build and expand a strong referral network
• Conduct high‑level client meetings and drive regional sales targets
• Collaborate with investment teams on tailored client solutions
• Participate in industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business, or related field; master’s preferred
• 5–8 years’ experience selling investment products (AUM‑focused)
• Strong UHNI/HNI relationship management experience
• Deep knowledge of regional business terrain
• Strong communication, sales, and strategic thinking skills
• High integrity, customer‑centric mindset, and leadership capability
