Qualification :- MBA / PGDM / Graduate

Experience :

2+ years of experience in Wealth Management / B2B Channel Sales / IFA Channel

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B Channel Sales / IFA Channel, preferably in the Wealth Management industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong knowledge of financial products, markets, and the local market
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, IFAs, and HNI / Ultra HNI clients

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire, onboard, develop, and manage new channel partners and IFAs.
• Handle and manage HNI / Ultra HNI clients.
• Develop business through channel partners and IFA relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of Wealth Management products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs, and other third-party financial products.
• Generate business through secondary bonds and third-party financial products.
• Achieve annual revenue, AUM, and strategic product targets for the assigned geography.
• Conduct partner / IFA training and product awareness sessions.
• Drive product penetration and revenue growth.
• Regularly review client portfolios and provide suitable investment insights and recommendations.
• Build a strong network of IFAs, channel partners, and clients within the assigned market and identify new business opportunities

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
