Wealth Operations Administrator

• Approx. 3 month temp assignment | Auckland-CBD location
• Monday - Friday | $35 per hour + 8% holiday pay
• Hands-on training from a highly experienced operations team

About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
This temporary role provides hands-on operational support within a trading team, helping keep daily pricing and settlement processes accurate and on track while supporting a managed fund through a period of change.

Day-to-day, you'll:

• Price bonds, equities, and other assets daily
• Retrieve and upload pricing files, entering some prices manually
• Run sanity checks on pricing alongside a second team member
• Monitor settlements and manually settle contract notes when required
• Support Distributions and other administration tasks

About You | Māu
You must have previous experience in financial services operations, ideally across investment or wealth operations, trade settlements, fund administration, asset pricing, custody, or distributions.

Experience with Bloomberg or a similar investment platform is advantageous.

You're someone who:

• Maintains accuracy across consistent daily processes
• Follows established controls and asks questions when needed
• Collaborates well within a small, close-knit team
• Picks up new systems quickly during a short training period

About the Team | Mō te Rōpū
You'll join a small, stable whānau across managed funds and transfers. You'll receive structured training and guidance from a senior team member.
