Wealth Operations

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven professional to manage end-to-end Wealth Operations, ensuring seamless execution, reconciliation, controls and coordination across mutual fund and other wealth-related processes. The role will involve working closely with internal business, finance, technology and product teams, as well as external partners, AMCs and RTAs, to ensure timely processing, accurate financial reporting and resolution of operational exceptions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong ownership mindset, an understanding of financial products and operational processes, and the ability to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Wealth Operations & Process Management

• Own and manage day-to-day operational workflows across the Wealth business, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Drive operational controls, process adherence and exception management across various wealth processes.
• Monitor transaction and operational flows to identify gaps, delays or exceptions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Maintain process documentation and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and operational efficiency.

2. Financial Operations & Partner Reconciliation

• Manage the provisioning and invoice lifecycle for Wealth-related services in coordination with Finance and relevant internal stakeholders.
• Validate operational and financial data, facilitate invoice clearance and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies, commercial queries and reconciliation breaks.
• Maintain appropriate operational and financial controls to ensure accuracy and completeness of partner settlements.

3. Mutual Fund Operations

• Manage the daily operational lifecycle of mutual fund transactions, including transaction uploads, processing and status monitoring.
• Perform transaction-level reconciliation across internal systems, AMC/RTA records and partner platforms to ensure data integrity and timely closure.
• Monitor transaction exceptions, failed transactions, refunds and pending orders and drive resolution within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs and platform/technology partners for order management, refunds, transaction status and operational queries.
• Ensure timely resolution of transaction-related issues while maintaining a seamless experience for downstream teams and customers.

4. Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as an operational point of contact for Wealth-related processes across internal teams and external partners.
• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Technology, Business, Compliance and Operations teams to resolve operational dependencies.
• Establish effective communication and follow-up mechanisms with AMCs, RTAs and other ecosystem partners.
• Drive closure of operational issues through structured tracking, escalation and stakeholder coordination.

5. MIS, Controls & Operational Governance

• Maintain operational dashboards, trackers and MIS to provide visibility into transaction volumes, exceptions, reconciliations and pending actions.
• Track key operational metrics and highlight recurring issues, risks and process gaps.
• Support periodic reviews of operational performance and contribute to strengthening process controls.
• Ensure appropriate documentation and audit readiness across key operational processes.
