Role Summary

We are looking for an Investment Analyst – Operations to manage end-to-end operational activities for UHNI and Private Client relationships. The role involves client onboarding, transaction execution, portfolio reporting, fee reconciliation, and coordination with AMCs, PMS providers, RTAs, and Relationship Managers while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client onboarding, KYC, documentation, and account activation.
• Execute investment transactions and ensure maker-checker compliance.
• Prepare fee calculations, invoices, and revenue reconciliations.
• Generate portfolio reports, capital gains statements, and client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, AMCs, PMS/AIF providers, and clients.
• Support senior leadership with meeting preparation and client servicing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or investment operations.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Fixed Income, Insurance, and Demat processes.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Canva skills.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Management; NISM certification preferred.
