What You’ll Be Doing

• Engage customers mainly through tele-consulting, along with in-person and virtual interactions to existing customers.
• Convert warm and cold leads into advisory appointments through structured tele-consulting.
• Proactively identify, engage and develop new customer relationships through outbound advisory conversations.
• Achieved monthly acquisition targets through outbound prospecting and follow-ups.
• Build your customer base through structured outreach activities, tele-prospecting initiatives and customer engagement programmes.
• Understand customers’ needs, goals and life stages, and share suitable banking, investment and insurance solutions in a clear and responsible way.
• Work closely with the Business Sales Manager to support business plans and contribute towards achieving team and individual KPIs.
• Participate in bank-led events, roadshows and outreach activities to meet customers and support business growth.
• Stay connected with existing customers by sharing relevant ideas, market updates and timely insights.
• Set personal goals for yourself and work steadily towards achieving them, with guidance from your manager and team.
• Keep learning and improving — whether it’s product knowledge, market awareness or communication skills.

• Are open to flexible working hours, including some weekends for events when required.
