- NCA (10%)
- Liabilities Growth (10%)
- Customer Engagement & Hygiene (20%) Benchmarked minimum levels of Delivery on products around customer needs
- Personal Meeting: (5%) 100% Groups to be met in 3 months
- Contact Management: (5%): 100% Group to be Contacted per Month
- CPMR (5%): 100% Groups to be reviewed along with IA
- NPS: (5%): Minimum >=80%
- Compliance to Audit & Regulatory Guidelines
100% compliance for Self across mandatory certification: CIEL / AMFI / IRDA / PMS / SIF
No outstanding risk profiler pending for update
100% compliance to recommended / non-recommended funds declaration
No outstanding deferrals / exception processing outside TAT, Revert and Closure to Staff Audit Alert.
