💼 Job Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager / Financial Advisor to drive business growth through deposit, investment, insurance, and other financial products. This role focuses on developing new customer opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, and providing tailored financial and investment solutions based on customer needs. The position also involves building strong business networks and supporting the development of financial planning capabilities within the team.

💼 Resposibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve the Bank’s targets for deposit growth, mutual fund fees, life insurance, and other financial products.
• Prepare Call Plans and conduct client meetings with target customers in line with approved plans.
• Maintain strong and continuous relationships with existing customers while expanding the customer base through new client acquisition.
• Analyze customer information and needs to recommend suitable investment and financial planning solutions.
• Build and maintain strong internal and external business networks, particularly for products and solutions serving individual customers.
• Develop and enhance financial planning knowledge and skills within the marketing team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

👤 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in banking or financial product sales, such as life insurance.

• Hold the following relevant licenses:

  • Investment Consultant (IC) License
  • Life Insurance Broker License
  • Non-Life Insurance Broker License

• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong service mindset, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
