Location: Central Area – Marina Bay

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm)

Headcounts : 2 headcounts needed

Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – 6,000 (commensurate with experience)

Contract Duration: 12 months (Renewable, Subject to performance)

Job Scope:

1. Support the end-to-end execution of bespoke insurance solutions for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, from quotation through to policy issuance and ongoing servicing.
2. Prepare polished policy illustrations, comparisons, and client-facing presentation materials , tailored for discerning private banking clientele
3. Liaise directly with insurers, medical providers, Relationship Managers, and senior internal stakeholders to ensure seamless, white-glove case execution for high-value clients.
4. Monitor case progress closely and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements, upholding the exacting service standards expected in a private banking environment.
5. Contribute to business reporting, pipeline tracking, and management insights supporting the team's UHNW client portfolio.
6. Take part in initiatives to elevate process efficiency, digitalisation, and the overall client experience for private banking and family office clients.
7. Support exclusive client events and insurance-related initiatives within the private banking and family office space.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply; training and mentorship will be provided.
• Candidate with 1-2 years of relevant backend support experience in banking, insurance, or financial institutions preferred, particularly in insurance-related processes.
