About the role

We are seeking a Wealth Solutions Executive to join KEY WEALTH PLANNER SDN BHD in Penang. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions to our clients. As a Wealth Solutions Executive, you will be at the forefront of our client engagement strategy, providing personalised financial advice and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate complex financial decisions and achieve their wealth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations, objectives and risk profiles to develop tailored wealth management strategies
• Provide comprehensive financial planning advice covering investments, retirement planning, tax efficiency and estate planning
• Present wealth solutions and investment recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular reviews, updates and proactive communication
• Collaborate with internal teams including investment specialists, tax advisors and legal consultants to ensure holistic solutions
• Identify opportunities to expand services offered to existing clients and support business development initiatives
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards in financial services
• Document client interactions and transactions accurately using our client management systems

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field

• Strong understanding of investment products, asset allocation, and retirement strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and generate business through referrals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance requirements

• Willingness to continuously update knowledge through professional development and industry training
