About the Role

The role combines business planning, recruitment, representative development, conduct supervision and active financial advisory responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the unit’s performance and ensuring that representatives operate in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

We are seeking an experienced Wealth Solutions Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of financial advisory representatives.

Appointment to this role and the exercise of supervisory responsibilities are subject to the applicable competency, fit-and -proper, regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the unit’s business strategy and plans.

• Plan for the recruitment and development of the unit’s representatives.

• Recruit prospective representatives through approved channels and processes.

• Lead, coach, and develop appointed financial advisory representatives.

• Monitor business quality, sales conduct and policy persistency in accordance with company standards.

• Supervise representatives’ professional conduct and address identified concerns appropriately.

• Ensure that financial needs analysis and application documents are completed accurately and properly.

• Promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards and company policies.

• Monitor completion of required training, continuing professional development and other competency

requirements.

• Administer and manage the unit in accordance with the scope of authority assigned to the role.

• Maintain an active financial advisory practice.

Requirements

• Existing Financial Adviser Representatives, Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Personal Bankers,

or Priority Banking professionals.

• Minimum 2 –3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

• Banking, wealth management, insurance, or no financial advisory experience welcome.

• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

• Aspiration to grow into a full leadership role.

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.

• Minimum qualification of:

• Diploma from a Local Polytechnic or equivalent; OR

• GCE 'A' Levels; OR

• Local/Private Bachelor’s degree in any field

• CMFAS/HI/M9/M9A/RES5 Required
