Minimum Requirements (最低入職要求)

• Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline (No experience required for Trainees/Interns; 4 years of solid work experience preferred for senior tracks).
• Language: Fluent in Putonghua (Mandarin) is essential to serve the fast-growing cross-border HNW market.
• Traits: Proactive, resourceful, hardworking, with an entrepreneurship mindset to navigate changing economic situations.
