Weatherization Supervisor

Job Overview
We are seeking a experienced Weatherization Supervisor to lead and manage single family home weatherization projects aimed at improving energy efficiency and safety in residential and commercial buildings. In this pivotal role, you will oversee field operations, coordinate project schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and manage teams of technicians. Your leadership will drive project success from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality work that meets all technical and regulatory standards. Duties

• Supervise daily field activities of weatherization crews, including insulation, air sealing, and other energy efficiency measures
• Coordinate project schedules with home owners
• Review work orders and create change orders as necessary
• Ensure all team members on job-site are doing their jobs per code
• Conduct quality control inspections, review work orders and work scopes
• Provide managerial communication to coordinate with clients and internal teams for seamless project delivery
• Supervise crew management activities including training, performance evaluations, and enforcing safety protocols on-site
• Oversee construction schedule coordination and monitor progress throughout the duration of the job
• Utilize equipment such as Insulation machines, blower door machines to test air leakage in home, manometers, etc
• Ensure all work aligns with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality expectations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on residential weatherization projects
• Building Performance Institute (BPI), Home Energy Auditor preferred
• Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols
• Construction site experience with a solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and quality control measures
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of safety and quality
• Strong communication skills for managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring clear documentation of project progress

Pay: $29.50 - $45.50 per hour
