Weaving Production Manager

A textile production manager oversees all stages of manufacturing, ensuring that fabrics and apparel are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning: Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly schedules to meet delivery dates and balance manufacturing lines.

Resource & Material Management: Track raw materials inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and allocate workforce and machinery.

Quality Control: Set quality standards, review pre-production samples, and work with quality teams to minimize defects.

Operations & Safety: Ensure factory machinery is maintained, work areas are illuminated, and health and safety rules are followed.

Team Leadership: Supervise staff, assign daily tasks to supervisors, and arrange training for operators.

Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of textile manufacturing processes, machinery, and industrial engineering basics.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage timelines, solve bottlenecks, and handle supply chain delays.

Communication: Clear coordination between design, sales, purchasing, and shipping departments.

Education & Experience: A degree in textile engineering, operations management, or industrial engineering, alongside several years of factory floor experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
