Web Analytics Manager-- US MNC (analytics)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau to track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
• Develop data visualizations and reports using Python, SQL, and other relevant technologies to provide insights on customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, product development, and IT to integrate web analytics into business strategy and decision-making processes.
• Conduct regular audits of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in digital analytics capabilities.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for collecting high-quality data from various sources (e.g., CRM systems).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in Web Analytics Management or related field (Marketing Analytics).
• Strong understanding of bi tools like Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics; proficiency in Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Experience working with SQL databases; ability to write complex queries for reporting purposes.
• Proven track record of developing actionable recommendations based on data analysis results.
