• The Web and Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for websites, digital marketing materials, and other brand assets

• They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements, develop design concepts, and execute design projects

• The Web and Graphic Designer will apply creative and technical skills to deliver high-quality designs that align with the organization's brand guidelines and objectives

• Key Responsibilities:Design and develop visually engaging and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and digital marketing materials using HTML, CSS, and web design tools

• Create compelling and innovative graphic designs for online and offline marketing collateral, including banners, brochures, infographics, and social media visuals

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements, objectives, and target audience to deliver effective design solutions

• Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring design elements reflect the organization's visual identity

• Conduct research and stay updated on design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance design concepts and strategies

• Translate complex concepts into clear and visually appealing designs that effectively communicate key messages

• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers, and content creators to ensure seamless integration of design elements and optimal user experience

• Ensure timely delivery of design projects, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

• Review and provide constructive feedback on design deliverables produced by other team members or external vendors

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new design software, and technologies to continually enhance design skills and knowledge

• Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field

• Equivalent work experience will also be considered

• Proven experience as a web and graphic designer, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in web and graphic design

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools (eg, SketchFigma)

• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and experience in coding HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery

• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and the ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development frameworks

• Creativity and ability to think critically to develop innovative design concepts and solutions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Understanding of branding principles and the ability to create designs that align with brand guidelines

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices

• Experience in video editing and motion graphics is a plus
