We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Web & Graphics Designer to join our creative team on a part time basis to start with. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling websites and engaging graphics that elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Your expertise in both web design and graphic artistry will help us deliver seamless user experiences and captivating visual content. Responsibilities

• Design and develop attractive, user-friendly websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap, React, or Angular to ensure responsiveness across devices.
• Create engaging graphics, wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, Balsamiq, and InVision.
• Implement SEO best practices to optimize website visibility and performance through content management systems like WordPress or Drupal.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine UI/UX designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain and update existing websites by performing regular content updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compatibility with modern browsers.
• Collaborate with developers to integrate front-end designs with back-end systems using PHP, Python, Node.js, SQL databases like MySQL or SQL Server, and version control tools such as Git.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics to analyze user behavior data for continuous improvement of digital assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital design, web development, UI/UX design, and interaction design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. catalogue design and product presenting are required.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including AJAX), and front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Skilled in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, After Effects for multimedia content creation.
• Familiarity with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal; experience with responsive web design principles is essential.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies, website maintenance best practices, and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and front-end build tools like SCSS/SASS or Less.
• Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into intuitive designs; strong understanding of information architecture is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams including developers and marketers.

Pay: £27,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
