About us

Digitalfeet is a Norwegian marketing agency for IT companies. Subscription model, twelve years old, delivery team here in Cagayan de Oro. Our clients stay for years. CloudWay has been with us since 2015.

We are in the middle of a rebrand and building a new client portal. The direction is set. The execution is not. Your work goes live from day one.

What you will do

Web and UX design is the core. Landing pages, product pages, full website projects. How a page is structured, what happens on mobile, what the user does next. Not just how it looks.

Design work for clients. Presentation decks, whitepapers, roll-up banners, event material, social visuals.

Build the templates. A lot of the repeat work should run on templates so it can be produced fast. Making those templates good is part of your job.

You work directly with Maia, the founder, and alongside the rest of the delivery team here in Cagayan de Oro.

Who we are looking for

At least 2 years of professional design experience, with web design as a real part of it. This is not a role for someone straight out of school. You should be able to take a live client project and carry it without being supervised through every step.

Beyond that we care about talent and how you work, not how many years are on your CV.

You understand what the work is for. Before you design, you know what the client is trying to achieve and who is going to read it. Good design comes from understanding the content, not from decorating it.

You care about the output. You check your own work before you hand it over. Wrong names, typos, the wrong size file: you catch those yourself. You want the client to be impressed, not just finished.

You can work inside someone else’s brand. We have a brand world with rules. Your job is to raise it, not repaint it. If you think a rule is wrong, say so with a reason.

You direct AI, you do not follow it. We use AI and templates for the repetitive part. You bring the judgement and the taste on top. Taking the first thing the tool gives you is not the job.

You say when you disagree. Including to Maia. We would rather hear “no, and here is why” than get silent guesses.

Nice to have, not required

• Video editing. We already have strong video in the team, so this is a bonus only.
• Motion and animation sense. Knowing when and how something should move.
• Experience with B2B or IT clients.
