Web Application Developer

• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using different programming languages
• Collaborate on brainstorming and discovering and best approach
• Assist in debugging, testing and improving application performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Learn and adapt to emerging technologies, tools and programming languages
• Debugging & Testing: Utilize AI for initial bug detection, and apply fundamental programming knowledge to debug, test, and deploy applications
• Leverage AI tools to draft, autocomplete, and generate repetitive code snippets while reviewing and optimizing the final output for accuracy and security
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and best-practice patterns in software engineering.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 1-2 years of web development experience (internships, personal projects, or bootcamp experience accepted)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PHP
• Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI coding assistants (ChatGPT Codex, Claude Code) and basic agent orchestration
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify why a block of code works rather than blindly copying AI-generated solutions
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Pint and Lint Test)
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively in proactive teams
