Description

We are seeking a Web Applications Administrator to configure, support, and improve web applications and SaaS platforms. The role includes user-facing workflows, releases, reporting, and troubleshooting after deployment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Configure, maintain, and support web applications, SaaS platforms, and submission workflows.
• Analyze business requirements and contribute to technical designs, estimates, and solutions.
• Create or improve page layouts, interfaces, and content experiences.
• Coordinate release preparation, deployment validation, and post-release support.
• Investigate application defects, publishing issues, integrations, and configuration problems.
• Support reporting and data-management activities using Excel and SQL.
• Maintain deployment procedures and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience administering, configuring, supporting, or developing web applications, including SaaS platforms.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, content management systems, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of SQL, integrations, deployments, and production support.
• Ability to manage priorities and work with business users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Web application and SaaS administration.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and user interface configuration.
• SQL, Excel, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Release coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with low-code platforms, APIs, cloud applications, or regulated industries is a plus.
