Join Ivoclar as a CMS Coordinator and help keep our global and local websites accurate, engaging, and up to date. You’ll manage website content, support publishing workflows, perform quality checks, and apply basic SEO and accessibility best practices across digital platforms. Working with Digital Marketing, UX, IT, Product Owners, and regional teams, you’ll help ensure a consistent and high-quality digital experience for our customers.

Your Role:

• Upload, update, and maintain website content, product pages, landing pages, and digital assets within the CMS.
• Build and update pages using existing templates and approved content.
• Perform quality checks on layout, formatting, links, responsiveness, and functionality before publication.
• Schedule, publish, and archive approved website and campaign content.
• Apply basic SEO practices, including page titles, metadata, alt text, URL structure, and internal linking.
• Ensure content follows brand, accessibility, and content governance standards.
• Track and manage website content requests through established workflows or ticketing systems.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product Category Managers, Digital Product Owners, and regional teams to collect, validate, and publish content.
• Maintain content libraries, digital assets, reusable components, and CMS structures.
• Identify and report broken links, outdated content, formatting issues, and other website defects.
• Support CMS users with publishing guidance and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to content reviews, CMS housekeeping, and improvements to website content processes.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, Web Development, or a related field, with relevant experience managing digital content or CMS platforms.
• Hands-on experience uploading and maintaining website content, landing pages, images, videos, PDFs, and other digital assets.
• Basic understanding of HTML, SEO, web accessibility, and content quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple content requests and deadlines, and comfortable coordinating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience with CMS administration, website QA, digital marketing, or content governance is an advantage.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
