Web Content Manager

DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION

Position title: Web Content Manager

Place of work: Hybrid, Jakarta, Indonesia

Department: Marketing

Main missions (on WW level):

· Support content review and approval workflows, ensuring timely communication between writers, editors, and stakeholders.

· Support and coordinate content-related projects and initiatives, including new website launches, feature enhancements, site updates, and other digital releases, ensuring content requirements are aligned and ready for publication.

· Maintain and update content documentation, including style guides, user guides, project briefs, and meeting notes.

· Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (freelancers, agencies) to facilitate smooth content planning and execution.

· Help manage and organize content requests, ensuring they are appropriately prioritized, tracked, and routed.

· Support content audits and ongoing updates across all websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.

· Assist in managing content within the CMS, ensuring proper formatting, SEO optimization, and metadata application.

· Review and manage incoming emails to the team’s email group, ensuring requests and queries are appropriately directed to the relevant team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Required:

o High-level English-language skills (at least at 1st language equivalent).

· Recommendation:

o HTML, Javascript and CSS skills. No specific academic qualifications are required.

o Digital marketing certifications/qualifications. No specific academic qualifications are required.

o Basic to intermediate proficiency in French.

o Spanish (Optional).

Experience:

· Required:

o Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.

o Good management and planning skills.

o Working with a Content Management System.

· Recommended:

o Knowledge of SEO basics and analytics.

o Writing and editing.

Main KPIs:

· Completion of projects and client-related requests within service standards.

· Improvements in website user experience (content-related).

· Quality score and error/revision rate.

· Feedback from internal teams and collaboration effectiveness.

· Team productivity and employee satisfaction.
