Join a global organization as a Web Content Specialist (CMS & SEO) and help keep digital content accurate, consistent, and up to date across global and regional websites. You’ll manage website content, digital assets, publishing workflows, and quality checks while applying basic SEO and accessibility practices. Working with Marketing, Product, Digital, and regional teams, you’ll help deliver a consistent and high-quality digital experience across markets. This role follows a mid-shift schedule to support collaboration with international teams.

Your Role

• Create, upload, update, and maintain website pages, product content, landing pages, and digital assets using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Publish, schedule, and archive approved content according to established workflows and content guidelines.
• Perform content and website quality checks to verify accuracy, formatting, links, functionality, and responsiveness.
• Apply basic SEO practices, including page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, URLs, and internal linking.
• Ensure website content follows brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and content governance requirements.
• Manage content requests through established workflows, ticketing systems, and approval processes.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Digital, and regional teams to collect, validate, and publish content.
• Maintain content structures, reusable page components, and digital asset libraries.
• Review existing pages to identify outdated information, broken links, formatting issues, and content inconsistencies.
• Support website content updates, digital improvements, and content lifecycle activities.
• Provide basic CMS guidance and publishing support to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of content requests, updates, approvals, and publishing activities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field, with relevant experience in digital content, website administration, or CMS operations.
• Hands-on experience managing website content, digital assets, or online publishing workflows.
• Working knowledge of a Content Management System (CMS), basic HTML, SEO principles, and web accessibility practices.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with excellent attention to detail and content accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work with digital tools and content management platforms.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple content requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience in website quality assurance, content governance, digital asset management, or global website operations is an advantage.

Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
