Web Content Specialist

Our client, a leading jewelry retailer, is seeking a FULLY-REMOTE Web Content Specialist to support a large-scale website redesign and content migration initiative. This role starts as soon as we've identified the ideal candidate, and will continue (40 hours per week) for at least 6 months. The Web Content Specialist will play a critical part in ensuring content is accurately organized, published, and optimized across the new site experience.

Web Content Specialist Responsibilities:

• Organize, update, and publish website content within the CMS as part of a broader site redesign and migration effort
• Ensure content accuracy, continuity, and alignment with brand standards
• Perform quality assurance checks across web pages, including validating content, links, formatting, and overall experience
• Partner closely with the eCommerce Director and Content Manager to execute against project timelines, implement feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet expectations

Web Content Specialist Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in website content management, digital production, or web publishing
• Hands-on experience working within a CMS platform (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar)
• Strong understanding of QA processes and web best practices
