We are hiring a Web Content Specialist for a growing organization in Calgary. This role owns day-to-day website content, analytics, SEO basics and QA.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and maintain website content through a no-code CMS.
• Publish, update and QA website content.
• Use GA4 to analyze website behaviour, user flows and engagement patterns.
• Identify opportunities to improve the website experience based on analytics and user behaviour.
• Apply foundational on-page SEO best practices, including meta tags, internal linking and keyword tagging.
• Maintain accurate, organized and high-quality website content.
• Work independently while collaborating with the broader marketing team in a fast-moving environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with GA4 / Google Analytics and confidence interpreting user behaviour data.
• Experience managing content within a CMS
• Understanding of foundational on-page SEO best practices.
• Experience with website content publishing, updates and quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring significant day-to-day oversight.
• Basic HTML/CSS familiarity is an asset.
• E-commerce or storefront management experience is an asset.
• D2C, e-commerce experience is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work onsite in Calgary five days per week.
