Web Content Writer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Content Writer who can create clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, landing pages, blogs, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, an understanding of SEO, and the ability to adapt their writing style across different industries and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit website content, landing pages, service pages, blogs, and articles.
• Create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content based on briefs and requirements.
• Conduct research on topics, industries, competitors, and target audiences.
• Perform keyword research and naturally incorporate relevant keywords into content.
• Write content that aligns with SEO best practices, search intent, and brand guidelines.
• Develop compelling headlines, introductions, CTAs, and website copy.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, readability, accuracy, and consistency.
• Optimize existing website content to improve relevance, readability, and search performance.
• Coordinate with the SEO, Social Media, Design, and Account teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure all content is original, well-researched, and free from grammatical and factual errors.
• Stay updated with content marketing, SEO, search trends, and evolving digital content practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in web content writing, copywriting, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of grammar, sentence structure, and content readability.
• Basic to good knowledge of SEO, keyword placement, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Ability to research and understand new topics quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to write for different industries, audiences, and brand tones.
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and content optimization tools is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,148.14 - ₹35,238.86 per month
