Web Designer

Role Description This is a part-time remote Web Designer role, responsible for designing and maintaining visually engaging and user-friendly web pages for ADH’s digital presence. The Web Designer will create layouts, graphics, and interface elements aligned with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. Day-to-day work includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into web designs, optimizing pages for performance and accessibility, and ensuring consistent visual identity across platforms. The role also involves implementing responsive designs for different devices, coordinating with front-end development resources when needed, and updating existing pages based on content, marketing, and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with a focus on usability and cross-device consistency.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for web interfaces, icons, banners, and visual assets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to support implementation of design concepts.
• Candidates should ideally have experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop or Illustrator) and basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and effective communication skills in English.
• A relevant degree or certification in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in B2B or industrial sectors is a plus.
