Web Designer

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Designer to create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites for our clients. The role involves conceptualizing and implementing creative design ideas, creating visual elements aligned with client branding, and working closely with the web development team to ensure smooth implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize creative website design ideas based on client requirements.
• Design visual elements and website layouts in line with client branding.
• Test and improve website design, usability, and overall user experience.
• Establish and follow design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
• Maintain website appearance by ensuring consistency with content and design standards.
• Work with different Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress.
• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
• Incorporate required functionalities and features into websites.
• Design sample pages, including appropriate colors, fonts, layouts, and visual elements.
• Prepare design plans and present website structure and concepts.
• Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper and hassle-free implementation.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
• Experience with WordPress, including theme customization, Elementor, Gutenberg, and custom themes.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles.
• Experience working with Figma/XD designs and converting them into responsive websites.
• Knowledge of website performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as React.js is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Location: Mohali, Punjab

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
