Web Designer

Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled designer to create engaging digital experiences across our website, SaaS platform, and marketing channels. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic and UI design skills with hands-on WordPress experience and can take a concept all the way to a polished, responsive page.

IMPORTANT: Please only apply if you have website design examples in your portfolio and hands-on WordPress experience. Applications without website work will not be reviewed.

Role Breakdown

30% Website and landing pages (WordPress)

• Design and build new marketing and landing pages
• Rebuild existing pages to improve conversions (layout, hierarchy, CTAs, forms)
• Keep pages responsive and consistent across templates

30% Content and blog visuals

• Diagrams, charts, comparison tables, and featured images for blogs and resources
• Turn complex compliance and safety topics into clear visuals
• Build reusable templates so content publishes faster

25% Campaign and social creative

• Paid ad visuals, social creatives, email banners and templates
• Videos

15% Sales and brand collateral

• Sales decks, one-pagers, case studies
• Apply brand guidelines consistently across all touchpoints

Requirements

Must have

• Portfolio with live website and landing page work you designed
• Hands-on WordPress experience (Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg)
• Working HTML and CSS, enough to adjust layouts and implement a design accurately
• 4 to 6 years in design, preferably digital marketing or SaaS

Also needed

• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of what makes a page convert (CTAs, forms, mobile layout)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Comfort using basic performance data (CTR, engagement) to improve designs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
