Role Overview Job Description – Web Designer (Visual & Creative Design) We are looking for a creative Web Designer with a strong visual sense and design flair. This role focuses entirely on aesthetics, branding, and visual communication. The designer will create engaging designs for digital and marketing assets while strictly adhering to brand guidelines. This is not a technical or development role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing web pages aligned with brand identity
• Create brochures, corporate presentations (PPT), landing pages, banners, and marketing creatives
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layouts, imagery) consistently
• Experiment with typography, color palettes, and layouts to enhance visual impact
• Convert concepts and ideas into clear, attractive, and effective designs
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and materials
• Incorporate feedback and refine designs as needed

Required Skills

• Strong eye for color theory, typography, spacing, and composition
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Ability to balance creative freedom with brand discipline

Nice to Have
