We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and technically skilled Web Developer with working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads to join our team.

We need someone who doesn't just wait for instructions but takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, anticipates potential issues, and actively contributes ideas to help improve our websites and digital marketing performance.

JOB DETAILS

• Position: Web Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and update websites.
• Build responsive, user-friendly websites optimized for desktop and mobile.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Improve website speed, performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Manage website content, plugins, integrations, and updates.
• Recommend and implement website enhancements.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and URLs.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Identify SEO opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
• Monitor organic traffic, rankings, and search visibility.

Google Ads & Digital Marketing

• Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and monitor campaign performance.
• Track conversions and prepare performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve landing pages and lead generation.
• Collaborate on strategies to improve website traffic and campaign results.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in website development.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant technologies.
• Experience with responsive web design and website troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SEO and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, keyword research, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
