Role Summary

We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Web Developer to manage, maintain, and continuously enhance 30+ school websites. The ideal candidate should have strong WordPress expertise, a keen eye for UI/UX, and the ability to ensure high-performing, secure, and SEO-friendly websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize 30+ school websites.
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites with modern UI/UX principles.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, security, and coordinate with hosting/service providers.
• Develop and administer WordPress websites with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability.
• Manage website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness.
• Leverage Gen-AI tools to improve productivity and content workflows

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 23 years of hands-on experience in web development.
• Strong expertise in WordPress development and administration.
• Good understanding of Headless CMS architecture.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Additional Skills

• Experience with Strapi, Sanity, or other Headless CMS platforms.
• Exposure to Next.js, React, Figma, Adobe XD, or Canva.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and website performance optimization.

Salary shall commensurate with experience
