Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Website Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites to ensure high performance, functionality, security, and an excellent user experience. The role requires strong expertise in WordPress development, website hosting, and technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress.
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and page builders based on project requirements.
• Manage website hosting environments, backups, security, and performance optimization.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS records, SSL certificates, email setups, and server-related settings.
• Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and SEO optimized.
• Perform website migrations, domain configurations, and deployment activities.
• Monitor website performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct regular website updates, maintenance, and security checks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new website features and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing technical support and documentation as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in Website Development.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Good understanding of web hosting platforms, cPanel, Plesk, and server management.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Familiarity with DNS management, domain configuration, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of website security and backup management.
• Experience with website speed optimization and performance enhancement.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WooCommerce development and customization.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Experience working with website analytics and SEO tools.
