Web Developer

We are seeking a Web Developer to build, maintain, and improve websites and web applications. You will work across WordPress, PHP, and React projects, turn Figma designs into responsive pages, and manage website deployments on Hostinger VPS servers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable handling both frontend development and the practical work needed to keep websites secure, fast, and reliable.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite and application development

• ​Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, templates, plugins, and custom functionality.
• ​Write clean, maintainable PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• ​Build responsive pages and reusable components using React.
• ​Integrate forms, third-party APIs, analytics tools, and other services as required.
• ​Identify and fix bugs across desktop and mobile browsers.

Design implementation

• ​Convert Figma designs into accurate, functional web pages.
• ​Work with designers to clarify interactions, responsive layouts, and component behavior.
• ​Maintain consistent typography, spacing, colors, and visual styles across the website.
• ​Apply accessibility and usability best practices.

Hosting and maintenance

• ​Deploy and manage websites on Hostinger VPS servers.
• ​Configure domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, and web server settings.
• ​Monitor website availability and troubleshoot server or deployment issues.
• ​Manage backups, updates, and routine security maintenance.
• ​Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals through image optimization, caching, and efficient code.

Collaboration and quality

• ​Work with design, content, marketing, and development teams to deliver website updates.
• ​Use Git to manage code changes and support a clear deployment process.
• ​Test new features before release and resolve issues reported after launch.
• ​Document important configurations and custom features so they can be maintained easily.

Required Skills and Experience

• ​Hands-on experience developing websites with WordPress and PHP.
• ​Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• ​Experience building user interfaces with React.
• ​Ability to translate Figma files into production-ready pages.
• ​Experience deploying and maintaining websites on a VPS, ideally Hostinger.
• ​Familiarity with MySQL, Git, DNS, SSL, and web server configuration.
• ​Ability to troubleshoot performance, compatibility, and security issues.
• ​Good communication skills and the ability to manage tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• ​Experience creating custom WordPress themes or plugins.
• ​Familiarity with Elementor and the WordPress REST API.
• ​Experience with Nginx or Apache on Linux servers.
• ​Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, accessibility standards, and Core Web Vitals.
• ​Experience integrating analytics, CRM tools, or marketing platforms.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
