About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Website Developer to build, maintain, and optimise the digital presence of Holistic Therapist Gayathri. This role will be responsible for developing responsive, user friendly websites and landing pages that support our programs, campaigns, and business goals.The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate design and business requirements into smooth, high performing web experiences.

Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages
• Build and update pages based on design, content, and business requirements
• Ensure websites are optimised for speed, performance, responsiveness, and SEO
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and technical errors
• Manage website integrations, forms, tracking tools, and third party platforms
• Regularly update website content, plugins, features, and functionality

Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to deliver website requirements
• Convert designs and content into functional web pages
• Support campaign launches by creating and updating landing pages
• Monitor website performance and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain website backups, security, and basic documentation

What We're Looking For

• 2 - 4 years of experience in website development
• Hands on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web development
• Experience with WordPress/CMS platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, website performance, analytics, and tracking tools
• Experience integrating forms, payment gateways, APIs, and third party tools
• Good understanding of UI/UX
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple website requirements
• Good written and spoken English
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
