Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in Business Requirements Analysis and Web Application Development. The candidate will analyze business needs, translate them into technical specifications, and develop responsive, secure, and scalable web applications using modern web technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Integrate REST APIs and manage database operations to support application functionality.
• Perform application testing, debugging, and defect resolution to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with project requirements.
• Follow coding standards and security practices while optimizing application performance.
• Participate in Agile development activities, code reviews, and project discussions.

Professional and Technical Skills

• Business Requirements Analysis: Requirement gathering, analysis, validation, functional specifications, BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Front-End Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive web design.
• Front-End Frameworks: React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: PHP, Laravel, Node.js, or other relevant server-side technologies.
• Database Management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
• API Integration: REST APIs, JSON, HTTP methods, and backend integration.
• Version Control and Tools: Git, GitHub/GitLab, Postman, and browser developer tools.
• Software Testing: Functional testing, integration testing, debugging, and defect management.
• Additional Skills: Web security, performance optimization, accessibility fundamentals, Agile/Scrum, and Jira.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in web development and/or Business Requirements Analysis.
• Strong understanding of web technologies and the ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
