We're looking for a skilled Web Developer with a strong foundation in modern web technologies and a conversion-driven mindset to build and maintain high-performing sales landing pages and marketing funnels. You'll be responsible for creating user-friendly, responsive, and SEO-optimized platforms that drive measurable commercial results — while also leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development workflows and drive continuous performance improvement through data-driven experimentation.

Requirements:

• Must have an EXCELLENT command of the English language;
• 2+ years proven experience in web development;
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one back-end language or framework;
• Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization;
• Knowledge of web hosting, domains, and deployment;
• Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization;
• Experience building sales landing pages, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused web experiences;
• Familiarity with funnel-building platforms, CRM integrations, and marketing automation tools;
• Familiarity with APIs, modern web frameworks, and development tools;
• Experience with version control (Git), and understanding of web accessibility standards;
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality;
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmaps, user behaviour tracking, A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles;

As a WEB Developer , you will:

• Develop and optimize responsive landing pages, marketing funnels and conversion-optimized web experiences;
• Integrate and configure APIs, CRM systems, payment gateways, marketing automation tools, and tracking pixels;
• Implement SEO, performance and web development best practices to ensure fast, reliable and user-friendly experiences;
• Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting;
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to translate campaign strategies into high-converting web experiences;
• Implement and maintain version control workflows (Git);
• Document development processes, configurations, and updates for future reference;
• Leverage AI-powered tools and technologies to streamline development processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance code quality;
• Support conversion optimization initiatives by implementing A/B tests and using analytics and user behaviour insights to identify improvement opportunities;
• Use AI-assisted development tools and identify opportunities to automate, template or componentize repetitive development work, improving development speed and code quality.
• Collaborate with the Websites Manager to evaluate and prototype new website technologies, frameworks and platforms, identifying opportunities to improve development speed, scalability, maintainability and conversion performance.
